Lisa began her real estate career in Highlands, NC in 1992.  She and her husband, George, had built a new home on the 6^th fairway at Cullasaja Club.  The community was new and there were plenty of home sites for sale, but precious few homes.

Highlands is primarily a second home community and therefore the buyers live elsewhere.  Most have no desire to buy a home site and undertake building a home from a distance.  They want to hang up their clothes and go play golf!

Lisa understood this and began to fill the void.  She would find the right home site for a buyer, then the right houseplan and builder, oversee the construction and deliver the finished product, down to the dishtowels.  She also worked with property owners and investors to build and market spec homes for them.

After she had summered on St. Simons Island and Sea Island since childhood, Lisa and George moved to St. Simons in 2004.  She began as Broker on Site at West Point Plantation.  There she constructed, marketed and sold two spec homes and continues to market new homes and resale home sites.
